As a hypnotherapist I have worked with many people to alter their thinking and ultimately their live. The role of a hypnotherapist is to help the client create change through hypnosis, a relaxed state, where the client can alter their ideas.
With my experience as a hypnotherapist I also see the great benefits of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and its' use in therapy. NLP has extremely successful in helping people alter their beliefs and ideas and so I offer both hypnotherapy and NLP, giving you the very best opportunity to make the changes that you want.
